Apex Machina is building the first “Outbound Relationship Manager” (ORM) category — a tool dedicated to B2B prospecting before the deal, complementary to a traditional CRM.
Our mission
Give B2B sales teams a single tool to target, enrich, score and engage — without stacking 5 subscriptions (Sales Navigator + enrichment + CRM + email outreach + AI tool). Prospecting deserves better than a patchwork of open tabs.
Why an ORM, not a CRM
Modern CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) are built to manage the post-deal cycle: pipeline, contracts, existing accounts. But before the deal, there is no dedicated tool: map a market, prioritize accounts, enrich contacts, launch smart first-touch outreach. Apex Machina fills this gap with an interactive mindmap rather than a spreadsheet, and multi-agent AI orchestration rather than a manual tool chain.

The founder
Apex Machina is founded by Thibault Husson, after several years watching sales teams juggle Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, HubSpot and a shared Excel file. The goal: refocus prospecting in a single visual, GDPR-compliant tool that is honest about its costs.
